1. All payments must be exchanged through PayPal. At this time, I do not accept Image Accounts as payment.
2. For payments, I ask for 50% of your payment when I accept your request, and the other 50% after I send you a sample of your layout that you have approved. After entire payment is recieved I'll send you the finished design.
3. You must know some HTML or CSS. I do not offer support.
4. If there is something you need changed with the layout, CONTACT ME, do not make the changes yourself.
5. You must link back to Gleaming Sky Designs the entire time my layout is up.
6. Do not claim my work as your own.
7. For cutenews installations: I currently use version 1.4.6. After installation, I am not responsible for updating the scripts.
8. Please keep my layout up for at least one week. I worked hard on it!
9. Allow up to 2 weeks for your purchase to be finished after your order is submitted. I like to take my time and don't want to rush.
10. When submitting pictures, HQ works best. If you send me a HQ image, your layout will be high quality. If you send me a low quality, small image, your layout will be low quality.
